Time is Tissue
I've been trying to get to bed earlier to spend more time with Tom, but now that he's gone it seems sort of pointless.

Emma and I went out for sushi this afternoon. I hate being on the rag. I'm so pissed off at everyone all the time. Well, not everyone. Just my housemates; the rest of you can't use it as an excuse for my behavior.

Finally got to pick up my cabinets. The guys at Fred's were nice about it. Put our mini-fridge outside to thaw since the icebox had become it's own little glacier. I have a lot of catching up to do tomorrow.

Today would've been unremarkable had it not been for one thing...

SNAKES ON A PLANE.

The movie was set to come out on Friday, but we were browsing Fandango and saw that Evergreen was having an advanced screening at 10:00 tonight. Naturally, we had no choice but to go.

It was pretty sweet. Not that crowded, but all the audience was hardcore fans. They laughed hysterically at all the campy scenes and clapped when Samuel Jackson showed up or did something particularly heroic. All in all, the movie was great. I don't want to ruin it for you folks, but go see it. This is definitely one to see in the theatres, since the crowd is so into it. Along the same lines as Rocky Horror - it just wouldn't be the same at home in your livingroom.

Also, be sure to check out Snakes on a Plane by Cobra Starship. I shit you not, this is the best song I've heard in years. So addictive.

While you're at it, make sure you're watching 30 Days, featuring Morgan Spurlock, of "Supersize Me" fame. This show never gets old and has brought tears to me eyes on more than one occassion. Then check out Dead Like Me. It's never too late to experience these sort of things.

Ah man, I wanna see that.

And yeah, being on the rag is a bitch. I predict I'll be on it next week since this week I've been crying at basically everything.

That just reminded me-
don't you feel totally mocked and humiliated by those "Have a happy period" Kotex commercials?

I want to throw a shoe at the TV everytime I see those.
